In John 10:10 the Message says: "A thief is only there to steal and kill and destroy. I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of." Satan wants to steal, kill and destroy in our lives but Jesus came and died on the cross so that we can have life and have it better than we ever dreamed of.  That means that we have to believe what this scripture says and move into that realm of thought and being.
